कालीसिंध और परवन बनी विकास और पर्यटन का आधार........

राजस्थान के विकास की भाग्यश्री बनी चम्बल की सहायक नदी कालीसिंध का भी राजस्थान की प्रगति और विकास में योगदान कम नहीं है। मुख्य धारा में होने से चम्बल की चर्चा अक्सर होती है परंतु कालीसिंध और परवन नदियों की चर्चा कम ही होती हैं,  जब कि ये  नदियां भी अपने महत्व की वजह से विकास और पर्यटन का महत्वपूर्ण आधार हैं। विद्युत उत्पादन,सिंचाई,पर्यटन विकास में इन नदियों का योगदान भी किसी प्रकार कम नहीं है। आइये ! जानते हैं इन नदियों और  इनसे प्रकाशमान विकास की किरणों की कहानी के बारे में। 

** भूगोलविद प्रो.पी.के.सिंघल बताते हैं काली सिंध नदी का उद्गम विन्ध्याचल पर्वत श्रेणी मध्य प्रदेश में देवास के निकट बागली गाँव से हुआ है। काली सिंध भी चम्बल की एक सहायक नदी है। यह नदी अपने उद्गम से निकलकर मध्य प्रदेश के शाजापुर और नरसिंहगढ  जिलों में बहकर राजस्थान के  झालवाड़ जिले में रायपुर के निकट प्रवेश करती है। उत्तर की और बहती हुई मुकंदरा श्रेणियों में अपना मार्ग बनाते हुए बारां, जिले में होकर कोटा के नोनर गांव में चम्बल नदी में मिल जाती है। 

** कालीसिंध एवं आहू नदी के संगम पर झालवाड़ के समीप निर्मित गागरोन का दुर्ग भारत के जल दुर्ग का बेहतरीन उदाहरण है। यह दुर्ग नदी की प्राचीनता को भी दर्शाता है। दुर्ग की प्रकृतिक स्थिति एवं एतिहासिक महत्व को देखते हुए इसे यूनेस्को की विश्व विरासत सूची में शामिल किया गया है। भक्त शिरोमणि रामानंद के शिष्य संत पीप भी यहां के शासक रहे। इनकी समाधि पर भव्य मादिर बना दिया गया है और इनके नाम से पैनोरमा विकसित किया गया है। दुर्ग में अनेक मंदिरों के साथ बाहर की ओर सूफी संत मिठेशाह की दरगाह बनी है। जल दुर्ग को देखने के लिए वर्ष भर पर्यटक यहां आते हैं।    

**  कालीसिंध नदी के किनारे बारां जिले में अंता के समीप नागदा का शिव मंदिर नमेश्वर महादेव का प्राचीन शिव मंदिर धार्मिक दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण है । ऐसा माना जाता है कि यहां शिवलिंग अपने आप प्रकट हुआ था। प्राचीन परकोटे के मध्य अन्य मंदिर एवं छतरियां बनी हैं। गो मुखी से वर्षभर जलधारा प्रवाहित होती है। यहां शिव रात्रि पर मेला भरता है। यहां कार्तिक पूर्णिमा पर हजारों श्रद्धालु स्नान कर पुण्य कमाते हैं। यह एक प्रसिद्ध धार्मिक स्थल बन गया है।    

**  कालीसिंध नदी के किनारे झालवाड़ जिला मुख्यालय से 121 किमी दूर राजस्थान राज्य विधुत उत्पादन निगम लि. द्वारा दो चरणों मे 600-600 मेगावाट की दो इकाइयों का थर्मल पावर विद्युत उत्पादन कर रहा है। प्रथम इकाई से मार्च 2014 में एवं दूसरी इकाई से जून 2014 में विद्युत उत्पादन प्रारम्भ हुआ। इसमें जलापूर्ति कालीसिंघ नदी से की जाती है। इसी नदी के किनारे बारां जिले के छीपाबडौद के पास मोतीपुर चौकी में 2320 मेगावाट क्षमता का सुपर थर्मल पावर स्टेशन स्थापित किया गया है। यहां पहले चरण में 250-250 मेगावाट क्षमता उत्पादन की दो इकाइयां,दूसरे चरण में भी इतनी ही क्षमता की तीसरी और चौथी इकाइयां स्थापित की गई। तीसरे चरण में 660-660 मेगावाट क्षमता की पांचवीं  एवं छंटी इकाइयां स्थापित की गई। पांच इकाइयां विद्युत उत्पादन कर रही है एवं छटी इकाई का कार्य चल रहा है। कालीसिंध नदी पर भंवरासा गांव में सिंचाई के लिए बांध का निर्माण किया गया है।

** परवन नदी :  कालीसिंध की सहायक नदी परवन  भी साथ-साथ इन क्षेत्रों में बहती हैं। परवन के किनारे बारां जिला मुख्यालय से 45 किमी दूर शेरगढ़ गांव में जल दुर्ग शेरगढ़ दर्शनीय दुर्ग है। इसका निर्माण 11वीं से 18वीं शताब्दी के मध्य हुआ। शेरशाह सूरी ने 16 वीं शताब्दी में इसे जीता और इसका नाम शेरगढ़ रखा। किले में हिन्दू-जैन मंदिर,महल,बारूदघर, तोपों, जल संग्रहन बावड़ियों के अवशेष देखे जा सकते हैं। इस किले की प्राकृतिक स्थिति देखते ही बनती है और इसी से यहां फिल्मकारों का भी ध्यान आकर्षित हुआ है। दुर्ग के साथ जुड़ा शेरगढ़ अभयारण्य में मुख्यतः लोमड़ी, चीतल, सांभर, जरख,रीछ एवं बघेरा देखे जाते हैं।

** परवन नदी के किनारे इसी जिले में पलायथा के अमलसरा गांव के समीप सोरसन संरक्षित क्षेत्र गोडावण के लिये प्रसिद्ध है। यहां हिरन, चीतल को उन्मुक्त वातावरण में कुंचाले भरते देखना अच्छा लगता है। यहां भेड़िया,लोमड़ी,सियार आदि विभिन्न प्रकार के वन्यजीव सहित करीब 100 से ज्यादा किस्म के स्थानीय एवं प्रवासी पक्षी भी देखने को मिलते हैं। 

** सोरसन गांव में स्थित ब्रह्माणी माता का मंदिर सम्भवतः देश का पहला ऐसा मंदिर है जहां प्रतिदिन देवी की पीठ का श्रृंगार कर पूजा जाता है। चारों और परकोटे से घिरा यह एक शैलाश्रय गुफा मंदिर है। विगत 450 वर्षों से यहां अखंड ज्योति जल रही है। मंदिर के समीप प्राचीन शिव मंदिर एवं एक सती चबूतरा भी बना है।

**  परवन नदी के किनारे बारां जिला मुख्यालय से 72 किमी दूर छीपाबडौद के समीप 10 वीं से 12 वीं शताब्दी में निर्मित काकुनी के शिव, वैष्णव एवं जैन मंदिरों का समूह भग्नावशेष के रूप में पुरातत्व की अमूल्य धरोहर है। यहां सहस्त्रमुखी शिवलिंग  एवं 15 फीट ऊंचे गणेश प्रतिमा एवं मंदिरों की खूबसूरत कारीगरी देखते ही बनती है पर अफसोस है कि ये कलात्मक मंदिर दिनों दिन दुर्दशा के नजदीक जा रहे हैं। जरूरत है पुरातत्व की इस अमूल्य धरोहर का जीर्णोद्धार किया जाए।
